How To Use
Turn on the water and let it steam up the bathroom while completing Step 1
STEP 1: (2 minutes) Pre-shower dry brush, working from your feet upwards using the beechwood body brush to stimulate circulation and exfoliate the skin, prepping it for a deeper cleanse.
STEP 2: (1 minute) Once in the shower, mist 3-5 sprays of the essential oils into the steamy air above your head and inhale deeply for a full minute, letting the aromatherapy envelope your senses.
