How To Enjoy
Soak your feet or other areas with callused skin in warm water, optionally adding Epsom salt with 1-2 drops of essential oil. You can also use the foot file during a shower or bath. Gently massage the dry or calloused skin with the pumice in a circular motion, focusing on elbows, knees, fingers, and toes. For best results, apply a nourishing foot or body lotion after exfoliation.
After each use, rinse with clean cool water, shake out, and hang to dry.
